Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both our clients’ and stylists’ time, we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferrable to a future appointment if proper notice is given.
